Here are the latest Calderdale cases from Magistrates Court.

Lisa Hargreaves, (41), of Epsom Grove, Southowram, six penalty points, £660 fine, £600 costs and £66 victim surcharge for failing to give information to police relating to the identification of a driver.

Claire Eastwood, (42), of St George’s Road, Lee Mount, 12 month conditional discharge, £75 compensation, £85 costs and £20 victim surcharge for assault.

John Froggatt, (52), of Burnley Road, Todmorden, restraining order, £170 fine, £50 compensation, £85 costs and £30 victim surcharge for assault.

Barry Joyce, (56), of Grove Croft, Ovenden, community order, £85 costs and £85 victim surcharge for assault.

Barry Rose, (49), of Sunnybank Road, Greetland, restraining order, community order, £100 compensation, £85 costs and £85 victim surcharge for assault.
